Wednesday Night Youth
Welcome to a new month and a brand-new truth: "I am set apart." This isn’t just a catchy phrase—it’s a powerful reminder of who God created you to be.
In today’s session, we’ll tackle that question by diving into Deuteronomy 7:1-11. God has called us to live differently—“out of this world”—while still being in it. That’s a big challenge, but it’s also an incredible purpose. So, as we kick off this session, let’s get ready to explore what it means to fully embrace the life God has set apart for us.

Youth Dads BBQ
Jonathan Scheffrahn and Curt Joens would like to invite all the dads of Youth to join them for a BBQ hangout at Curt’s house on April 5th. It’ll be a great time to connect with other Dads in Youth Ministry. Sign up with the link below.

Wednesday Night Youth
In today’s session of “Out of This World,” we're diving deeper into the truth that we are set apart—chosen by God to live differently in a world that often pulls us in other directions. But let’s be real: That’s not always easy. Sometimes, the thought of standing out or going against what’s culturally acceptable can feel intimidating or even scary. Thankfully, we’re not alone on this journey.
Today, we’ll dive into the book of Romans. At the end of chapter eight, Paul, a leader in the church, speaks some words of hope to the Christians in Rome about how to live and where to put their hope. Let’s get ready to be challenged, inspired, and reminded that living for Jesus truly is “out of this world”!

Youth Camping Trip
We will be taking our Middle & High school students camping in April! Check out the link below.

Wednesday Night Youth
Today, we’re going to dive deeper into what it means to live “out of this world”—to be in the world and in our culture, but look different from it and live set apart. If we are honest, sometimes we may think about being set apart and feel hopeless or despairing. How can I really make a difference? And if I feel hopeless, then where do I turn when I feel that way?
That’s the tension we’ll explore today as we look at Psalm 46. This passage is small, but it is mighty and will give us some truth and some encouragement we can take with us today. So, let’s lean in and listen, because the truth of the Bible isn’t just something we know—it’s something that changes us, giving us a hope that’s truly “out of this world”!

Wednesday Night Youth
Welcome back to the final session of the month! As we close out this session, we’ll continue to dive deep into the truth: “I am set apart.” That’s not just a phrase—it’s a reality that God has called each of us to live out. If you’re anything like me, you might be asking yourself: How do we actually know if we’re living set apart? It’s a question that challenges us to look at the choices we make and the way we live every day.
Today, we are going to be looking at the passage found in 1 John 2:1-11, where John unpacks how we really know if we are following after Jesus. The truth is, when we believe we’re set apart, our lives should bear the fruit of that belief. Other people should be able to look at our lives and see if what we say matches what we do. So, let’s lean in, reflect, and explore what it means for our lives to truly reflect how we are to live “out of this world!”

Wednesday Night Youth
Welcome to week 3 of “I Am Secure!” Over the past two weeks, we’ve explored the ideas of trusting and believing in God’s goodness and understanding how deeply He cares for us, even in difficult times. This week, we are diving into another essential aspect of our faith in God—trusting Him when life feels unfair or unjust. When we experience challenging or painful situations, it can be easy to question why things happen the way they do. Today, we’ll discuss how to respond to these feelings and recognize that even when circumstances don’t make sense, God’s justice prevails. In His hands, everything is made right, even when we can’t see it immediately. By the end of today’s session, you’ll feel more secure in the knowledge that God’s justice is perfect and unfailing, even in moments of uncertainty.

Wednesday Night Youth
Welcome back to another week of “I am secure!” Last week, we explored the challenges of trusting God, as well as trusting others. It can often be difficult to fully rely on God, especially when life doesn’t unfold the way we hope. This week, we are diving deeper into a common struggle: “Sometimes it’s hard for me to believe that God is good.” Many of us wrestle with this idea, particularly when the events around us seem anything but godly or good. Through our study of John 10:1-18, we will discover a reassuring truth: God knows exactly what we need, why we need it, and when we need it. This journey can strengthen our faith, deepen our understanding, and help us trust in God’s goodness, even when it’s not easy to see.

Armor Up – Apologetics
In these two interactive classes, we aim to help students grow in their ability to discern truth from error and take captive deceptive beliefs like pluralism, moral relativism, and other popular arguments that are in conflict with the Bible.
2 Cor 10:5
5 We are destroying arguments and all arrogance raised against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.

Wednesday Night Youth
Welcome to an exciting new series! This month, with our theme “I am secure,” we will guide students on a journey of discovering what it means to truly place their trust in God and find security in His presence. Today, we’ll address a common question: “Can I really trust that God is with me?” Through exploring the story of Elisha and the widow in 2 Kings 4:1-7, we’ll dive into the depths of God’s provision and care. Together, we’ll learn that when we entrust our cares to God, we find a sense of peace and assurance that only He can provide. Our big idea today is: “Placing my cares in God’s hands guarantees peace.” Let’s dive in!
